Nice sentiments, but the tricky part is in finding a way to make such feelings feasible--how to make your philosophy actually work in the world. You can't do it by force, you have to convince people to voluntarily accept it.
BTW I agree with most of what you wrote, except with regards to racism. The way to end racism is to confront it, not to merely censor racist speech. Censorship is merely sweeping the problem under the carpet, where it will grow and fester in darkness until it erupts in violence. Racism is a problem of ignorance, therefore the solution is (more and better) education.

How can we be diverse if we are all equal? How could our thoughts be different if we're all the same? I really wish we could be diverse without being so judgmental against people who are different. But we don't live that way. Unfortunately, we are not all equal. If we were, we wouldn't need laws banning racist remarks, the way you would like. You want to force people to be the same and equal.. What would be the point of living, if we weren't allowed to be who we are? You want us to respect diversity, but you want to take away our right to say what we think. I agree, racism is wrong, but you can't force people not to be racist. You can't force people to be equal. You can't force people to respect diversity. And you certainly can't be equal if we are all diverse. I really do wish we could be diverse and still be respected, but I don't see that happening in this world of competition. It's in nature to be competitive, and it's in human nature to be that way as well. It would be nice to see a punk kid walking around with bright happy colors; being diverse because they are free to be diverse, not because they are rebelling against societies views of normalcy. It would be nice if we were all born with a compassionate mind, rather than a competetive mind. It would be nice if racism, sexism, homophobia, and prejudice didn't exist. Would be nice to live in a world with no countries, no religion, no division. All people just living together. But that is not the case. It's not where we live. We can't force the change. We can only hope that future generations will learn to live in peace. Or maybe the change starts with you. Stop worrying about all the bad people on Earth, and worry about being a good person on Earth.
My philosophy?
We live in an oppressive world, in which the government and even religion, tells you how you must live. They tell you to live "good", yet they have have no true concept of what good is. The only thing they do is give you the illusion or moral living, when in actuality they encourage negative behaviour. Just because they say something is wrong, does not make it true. And just because they say something is ok to do, does not make it good. The only thing we can do is follow our heart and learn not to let this world get to you. When all is said and done, when you're on your death bed, you will know, that in this world with so much corruption, greed, oppresion, and negativity, you stayed true to yourself and humanity, and you lived positively. You can't force the world to respect one another. All you can do is show the world how to respect one another. YOU have to be what you want the world to be. Wait, I think that's actually Ghandi's philosophy.

Stand next to anyone else in front of a mirror. Do you look the same? Ask that person about his or her experiences; were they the same?
We are not equal beings. We are all different, think differently, and have different goals. As long as there are people who will try to keep you from living the life you want to live, there will be people who are willing to fight to have the one they wish to have.

No, we're not equal. For example: I can write better than you. How can we be equal? I spent thousands of hours polishing my writing skills while you were sitting on your posterior, thinking of such nonsense - universal equality. No way!

That sounds like typical liberal crap. Even the constant mis-spellings and lack of punctuation indicate your intelligence level. Hillary, is that you?
