Sounds like they found a legal way to suck off the system. I guess I took the wrong courses in college. I actually thought my degree was to enable me to get a good job and become a productive citizen. People like these are parasites sucking off the rest of us.

Do they have stable jobs that pay well? College degrees mean nothing without good careers.
Also some employers do not offer good insurance and families are forced to enter welfare for those reasons.
If they are both financially secure and have good insurance, than they might be breaking the law.

It doesn't sound like it is legal, especially since the kids are over 12; sounds like they are lying to get benefits and/or a lazy social worker. I would report them.

Anyone can collect welfare. Your eligibility is based on the number of kids you have and your income. Not on your education level.
