Ive been reading here for a while about OBE and lucid dreaming. i thought i should ask a question on how to have a OBE, but ive realised i should start with lucid dreaming. What techniques can i use to have a lucid dream? im pretty sure i had atleast one when i was younger, but i wasnt aware what it was, i just new i was dreaming and didnt know i could change the dream. so any technques or anything to help would be great, id really like to try tonight.

if 1+1=?1so if x=1 then x+x=2x
and because x=1 then Multiply by it not doing any thing
so x(x+x)=x*1>>>because x=1
x^2+x^2=?x
>>2x^2=?x
devide by x then
2x=1
and 2*1=1 so 1=1 ? what is The Mathmatics Error?

my friend is extremely shy almost on the verge of being obsessive compulsive.ie she takes school rules to the extreme for example she takes the 'no talking in lesson' rule to mean even if the teacher speaks to her she cannot reply to them. this happened recently when one of our teachers called her angela (which is her sisters name) by accident and she just sat there saying nothing relying on me and my other friend who were in the lesson with her to put the teacher right. and also if she wants to say something to the teacher she'll jus keep saying it over and over to me or my other friends in a half whisper in the hope that we will alert the teacher to whatever the problem is,this has began to get on my nerves immensely and sometimes i just end up flying off the handle at her and ill shout something like "ffs your just going to have to tell them yourself" but however im not normally a horrible person and if anything i tend to be quite lenient towards her more so than other ppl, so....
