I have Motorola v3i phone and i want to use camera as web cam and connect to my mobile using bluetooth.

you will have to download some software to your phone first ,
try the link below for phone software for free
then you just link the phone and pc via USB not bluetooth

really,Motorola L7 is way extra efficient than the V3i because of that is bar-formed body yet in case you want to have a telephone which have a megapixel digital camera,you ought to purchase Motorola V3i.about the cost,ask your community cellular telephone shops.

You cant use it as a webcam using bluetooth. I guess the reason for that is that it would simply just be too slow. You can however use a USB cable.
