my 18 month old is suffering from diorrhea and i cant make it stop. i have taken him to the docs and had a stool sample come back fine. doc says he's not dehydrated and stomach isnt hard or anything. he isnt vomiting and is a happy playful lad. i have taken him off milk and solids and given him just cool water but the diorrhea continues. i did take him off milk (formula and all things containing milk) and he did one poop that was solid but then diorrhea again. im completely stuck. is it something im feeding him (if so what is the most common food youngsters are allergic to?)?

any help would be appreciated before i take him to the docs again on monday

Don't you too find it quite funny that the ones who support pro choice say that the one has a right to do what she wants with her body yet altogether ignore the babies body?

Why doesn't the baby get a choice?

I heard someone once say it is OK to stagger these two medicines so that you give tylenol, and then 2 hrs later Motrin and then 2 hrs later Tylenol again. This would be to reduce fever.

I conducted an analysis comparing pollution data and the relative "blueness" of the states.

Polution data come from:

http://www.scorecard.org/env-releases/hap/rank-states.tcl

"Blueness" came from the 2004 presidential election:

http://www.uselectionatlas.org/

I ranked the states by their pollution and their blueness, for example:

Washington, DC: 3rd in pollution, 1st in "blueness."
New York: 1st in pollution, 5th in blueness.
Wyoming: 49th in pollution, 48th in blueness.

These are significant correlations.

The biggest differences were for Vermont: 4th in blueness, 48th in pollution, and Maine: 10th in blueness, 44th in pollution.

Using equations available in any college level statistics book, I determined the correlation coefficient to be 0.58 (a coefficient of 1.0 is exact sameness, -1.0 is exact opposite, zero is "uncorrelated")

Does this explain why libs are more worried about global warming, because they live in more polluted environments?

I shaved around my groin area with a razor and shaving cream. There are some red spots and appearing lumps that are small with no red eye, just itchy.

Have i infected myself or did something wrong?

My father has fronto temporal dementia.

He is only 60 years of age. He can't communicate to us. He doesn't speak to us and finds simple tasks hard to do.

He walks around the house and keeps trying to get out of the house. He seems bored but what can we do? We take him out in the car as he likes it but can't give him anything to do in the house as he just walks away.
Any suggestions? I love my dad and want to help him. I asked him to pass me a newspaper 5 or 6 times nice & slowly as I thought he might understand but he just just shouted really loud and clenched his fists. In anger at himself for not understanding. I think It's Pick's disease.

Basically what I mean is, I see people who smoke cigarettes for instance, are usually a little bit more on the anxious side. Now please don’t misunderstand me, I’m not trying to set stereotypes. I am just going off of my own personal experience and a little observation. I used to be a smoker for 10 years myself. After I quit I felt less anxiety and in general, more healthy and motivated all around. This is only one example of a bad habit. How about a persons eating or daily diet regimen for example. A person, who say, eats more fried foods than fresh, baked ect... How much does our eating, exercise, and daily habits really effect our mental decisions, and even spiritual life?

I really miss my ex bf. We were together for a little over a year and a half and we broke up, because things just didn't work out. Even though we kinda had a bad break up, I still really would like to start over and try again. Now that I think about it, the problems we had were not that bad, we didn't cheat on each other or nothing like that, we just had two diff goals in life and i think we just had to find a way to work things out with ourselfs b4 we got back together. Do think I should tell him how I feel or let it go? I know he still loves me, he tells me all the time..I don't know where to start by working us out. And if I do tell him, how should I bring it up
