Perhaps. But this Christian doesn't reject science. Just wanted to say that not all Christians do. However, I've known a couple of Fundamentalists who expressed concern with my academic path, asking me if it's not hard to remain Christian while surrounded by scientists. Hard? No. But my beliefs are reasonably flexible, and I don't have a phobia of intellectual advancement. Eventually, I'm going to be one of those "evil" Ph.D. types. If people holding doctoral degrees are seen as evil, then I suppose I'll just have to be part of the conspiracy.

I don't claim to know the answer either way on things. I just believe in the Lord and that He will show me when I see Him face to face. It's one of many questions I have to ask Him. :)
As far as anyone conspiring against God, nah, I don't think anyone is conspiring against Him but Satan and his demons. Anyone here on earth would know it would be a foolish thing to try and make a plan against Him. I think they would prefer just to ignore Him and say He doesn't exist though because He isn't doing what they want. Typical human behavior that many can be found guilty of at one point or another.

I don't think it's so much a conspiracy as it is an unwillingness to question their naturalistic worldview and assumptions. They KNOW evolution is true and therefore plug data in where it seems to fit.
And I don't reject evolution per se (or climatology, for that matter), but only as a naturalistic explanation for the origin of all species.

First no one is conspiring against " God ". Jesus Christ teaches that either you are for or against us and that if you deny him that he shall deny you. It could not be stated any simpler no one is or should be trying to force any beliefs onto anyone ever nor should anyone continue to try forcing these young religious individuals into corners to try to prove that their ways is true. Believe / Do not believe but live in peace with one another.

The introduction to Genesis and to the whole Bible ascribes everything to the living God, creating, making, acting, moving, and speaking. There is no room for evolution without a flat denial of Divine revelation. One must be true the other false. All of God’s works are good, great, wondrous, and perfect.
Man starts from nothing. He begins in helplessness, ignorance, and inexperience. All his works, therefore, proceed on the principle of evolution. This principle is only seen in human affairs: from the hut to the palace; from the canoe to the ocean liner; from the spade to the plowshare to machines. But the birds build their nests today as at the beginning. There is growth and development within man, but no passing, change, or evolution out from one into another.
For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be evident stages of evolution today. You would be able to find species in many stages of evolution in nature right now. For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be no God. And that’s exactly what evolutionists believe and are trying prove. The evolutionist bases his or her conclusions on human assumptions and reasoning, instead of on the documentary evidence of the manuscripts.

Hey that's not fair to say. There's almost 1% of the top 400,000 world scientists who haven't completely accepted evolution as fact. 1% of 400,000 is still a lot of PhDs.

Some are... some ain't... there are good ones and there are bad ones... Those of The True Christian Faith need not be concerned with all that... All science is from God, thus all science is good... it is mankind's mucking about with God's science that has caused all the trouble for mankind... if man understood 1% of God's science all of mankind would be living in peace and plenty as God intended...

If Christians are to be judged by what you hear in here then yes! However I'll bet mainstream Christianity is much more tolerant and intelligent

Christians as a group are as broad as another other demographic. There will always be those whom cannot understand how science and theology mesh together. Just as in any group of people, there are those who are ignorant, those whom are normally gnorant, and those whom are very gnorant.
