My wife and I have be married for about a year and a half. We've had alot of problems during that time. We broken up with each other too many times. It has taken me losing her to relize that she was the best thing that ever happened to me. I've tried everything I know to try and win her back. But she dosn'et belive anyhign I tell her. I didn't treat her like I should have, she tried so hard to make it work for us. I didn't hit her but I know I made her hurt with the stuff I would say to her. But now I really want to make this work. But she has already started the papperwork for divorceing me. I haven't been served yet, but I know its coming soon. I really don't want this divorce. I want to contest it, but I don't know if that would do any good. What are my options if I do, if I contest ,can I ask the judge to order some kind of counselor to help us with our problems. Or is there anything else I can do to try and save our marriage. Thanks for any advice

Hi, I am a Latin America lawyer and two weeks ago I had a phone job interview with the HR Director for a position as a legal assistant for the company’s clients in Latin America. We talked about my professional experience, salary, benefits and relocation expectations. Well, my professional experience was praised by the interviewer, my salary expectation was market rate, the benefits were fixed the same for every employer, but because I am at the moment based in South America I was asked about my relocation expectations and I proposed the documentation necessary to take the work permit visa and some help to search an apartment. Next day I sent a thank you email but still had no answer. The position is still avaiable at the company’s site. The question is how should I follow up this job because no deadline was fixed at the interview.

My timing belt slipped and was replaced. However, it is now making noises from the timing belt area when the car has been driving for 20 to 30 minutes in warm temperature. I had the timing belt, idler pulley, and tensioner replaced already at the dealership. What can still be the problem? ANybody know why it is still making a noise from there in warm temperatures of above 60 degrees after the car has been driven for 20 to 30 minutes? I mean there is nothing left i can change right?

Being a bit of an animal lover, she approaches them, bends down and starts to stroke one of them: "Ah, you're lovely, aren't you?" she says to the first dog. "What's your name?" To her surprise, the dog actually answers her, "My name's Huey, and I've had a great day going in and out of puddles."

Delighted with this discovery, she moves on to the next dog. "And what's your name then?" Again, unbelievably, the 2nd dog answers her, "My name's Lewy, and I've had a great day going in and out of puddles." And so she moves on to the last dog. "Let me guess," she says. "your name's Dewy, and you've had a great day going in and out of puddles."

"No," replies the last dog. "My name's Puddles, and I've had an awful day!"
