I imagine is harder for them to find a partner, due to their job. Doctors are very dedicated people that mostly focus on their jobs.Most of them struggle to have free time, let alone having time for a relationship.
If they do then it's hard to maintain because they're busy all the time.Now, it also depends on the kind of doctor.

i guess it depends on what kind of doctor. some doctors have a hard time dealing with profession and life altogether. and some don't.
