I know using a fake diploma by citing it on your resume is definitely a crime of fraud. I am wondering, however, if just purchasing one or possessing one is a crime as well. I'm looking to report on diploma mills for my college newspaper and wanted to purchase one for investigative purposes. However, I'm afraid to do so in case it comes back to haunt me - even though I'd never intend to use it for employment purposes. Is anyone aware of the laws surrounding this...? Fraud is illegal - but is it illegal simply to possess a fake? This information would just be helpful in general in terms of writing my article - as most information I can find on this topic on the web seems to speak only of people using the diplomas for fraudulent gain. Please let me know if you have anything to add. Thanks!

Hi,

we are a 24 year old couple who are getting married 6/28/08. We are going on our honeymoon the next week but can not decide where. my fiance loves the beach, sun and water, as well as do I. However, i tend to get a bit bored with doing the same thing over and over. i cant find many honeymoon reviews or sites, so i will ask here. whats the best place to go? right now I have it narrowed to the following:
1) 10-12 days in europe - fly to italy,go to capri for some R&R for about 4-5 days. then head to rome to sightsee for a day or so, head to montecarlo/monaco/nice area for some more R&R and then finish off in Paris for a day or so before flying home.
2) 7-8 day trip to brazil - 5-6 days in private bungalloo somewhere in buzios or the like, and the 2-3 days in Rio for sightseeing and beaches.

Please tell me what you think, and or if I should consider other places. Also, considering the number of things we plan to do, should we DEF get a travel agent??

I work in a library and there is a patron that comes in who is kinda slow, he lives in a halfway house for mentally disabled people. He came into the library tonight and was working on the computer, he asked for my help. I went over and was trying to help him search for something and he kept staring at my breasts and shifting around in his seat, spreading his legs wide and pushing his hips up every once in a while. His face started getting flushed and he kept asking me questions. I finally told him I couldn't help him anymore and went back to my desk. Later he came up and checked out some materials and kept staring at my name tag. Our name tags have our full names on it and he started repeating my last name really quietly like he was trying to remember it. Should I be worried? What steps should I take?

I take an Rx for a minor medical problem, that has the side effect of totally eliminating my natural attraction to the opposite sex.

I've already asked this in "Y!A men's health", but I want a woman's perspective before I make a final decision. My doctor says he'll prescribe as much as I need, but I have to narrow it down to one, and stop playing medication roulette.

I can't ask my gf, because neither of us kept a record of which I was on, while making love!

Please ignore this question, if you find it too personal. I just want to make my gf/fiancee happy.

My wife and I are Christian and we have a 10 month old daughter. I want her to have Christian beliefs and thoughts but I hate organized religion. I pray on my own. I thank GOD when good things happen and I pray over difficult things. I got by background from church obviously but I hate going and always have. I have always seen going to church as a waste of my day. I don’t need to sing and all that stuff to believe in Jesus. If it was just the sermon I could deal. Well we take our daughter to church like twice a month. I work 6 days a week and if I go to church the day is shot I can’t work in the yard or just relax on my only day off. So my question is can I give my child a good Christian background from home

mrs. cathy trini a 32 year old mother of 3, employed in a mortgage company, came in for a routine exam and reports feeling tired all the time. she said her heart was beating fast and she was having a hard time catching her breath. she experienced syncope 4 time this past week. menstrual periods have been regular but heavy. the patient appears pale her temperature is 98.4 BP 100/69, pulse is 118, and resp. 26. i was at the beach yesterday and i threw a sandy rock into the ocean and a grain of sand cut through the skin and lodged into my fingertip. i tried to get it out, but my fingers were dirty. i let it be after about 20 minutes assuming there was nothing in there, but today it's a little red and hurts to put pressure on it, as though it were a shard of glass. it looks like a tiny water blister, but the pain makes me think that the grain is clear and that's what i'm seeing. it's deep and went in on an angle so there's no way i can get to it with tweezers or a needle. can this cause infection? HOW can i get it out myself?
