I need help on this case studie!?

mrs. cathy trini a 32 year old mother of 3, employed in a mortgage company, came in for a routine exam and reports feeling tired all the time. she said her heart was beating fast and she was having a hard time catching her breath. she experienced syncope 4 time this past week. menstrual periods have been regular but heavy. the patient appears pale her temperature is 98.4 BP 100/69, pulse is 118, and resp. 26. REALLY NEED HELP ON THIS SO ANY THING WOULD HELP THANKS!!

The patient likely has anemia. She needs to have her hemoglobin checked. Her heavy periods are probably the cause of her anemia.
