You have a couple of options; contact a counselor for talk therapy and let it out, or contact a friend or family member who is caring and will listen.
There are online counselors too, the vast majority charge, however there is one on blogsource that does not, it's free.

I know how hard it is to get out of a bout of depression, and the reason is is because no matter how much you hate feeling the way you do, it's hard to get the energy and motivation to change it. But it is important to do it! Once you're doing an activity that you enjoy, you'll feel it better. Working out, walking around the park, being outside, hanging out with friends! And if you can pinpoint what it is that is bugging you, spill it! Keeping it inside will only start a downward spiral.
Natural or artificial sunlight is also key. So if you're into it, go for a tan, or just spend an hour outside!
Good luck!

You will get out of the slump. It feels bad now, but everyone goes through ups and especially downs in life. You are hurting right now, but you'll soon feel better after you get over this road block. Some things to help you get through this: write in a journal, talk to someone you trust, get to know yourself better, read inspiring books, go see a counselor, go work out. Take care.

Sounds like you just need to talk. Do you have any close friends to talk to? Maybe you can work on building your relationships so that you can open up more to people about how you are feeling.
You could also try a counselor to talk to.
Good luck!
