With all the tight security i wasn't too sure. I don't want to think that i'm taking an innocent photo, and be thrown out! Thanks!

You can take photos in many areas of the casino, BUT you cannot take photos near the gaming tables (or point your camera towards the gaming tables) and no cameras or cell phones can be used in the sports book area.

If you happen to innocently goof, you will find yourself surrounded by security quicker than you can click the shutter, but they will not throw you out, they will simply explain the rules to you. They do realize that most people are innnocent tourists rather than profesional gamblers trying to find ways to beat the system. Of course if you persist in trying to photograph near the gaming tables, then they will throw you out.

Plenty of people take photos of their friends standing in front of statues, flowers, etc, or even sitting at slot machines. Nobody cares about that.

As long as you're not at the gaming tables or machines or taking pictures of someone gambling, you should be okay. If you're taking pictures of the attractions inside the casino, they should have no reason to stop you.
