find the max or min of the function and state the x-value at which it occurs. I know its a min but when I complete the square I can't seem to get the correct answer. I'm having troublr with the fraction part of it.

I've been working at same place for 13 years..this year for some reason I lost complete interest and have no one to turn to for advice on whether to leave or how to reinvigorate my want to stay at the company. I could turn to some folks but it will be a bad political move should I decide to stay.

I read Atheistic arguments on the internet and I believe what they're saying. I have never read the Bible, and no nothing about it, but I know it is false because from what I have heard, it sounds like a mythbook. The idea of there being a God is so crazy. And there is no "proof" of there being a Jesus besides the Bible, which is a fablebook. I will never believe the works of a Bronze Age historian. I think historians are even lying about there being an Alexander the Great. Alexander the Great never existed. I don't trust anything coming from historians back then. They all were crazy. The scholars who say Jesus existed are ignorant and crazy. He never existed. He was created as a human form of the god Horus, who was born on December 25, was known as the Son of God, died as a Savior, and was buried and ressurected in 3 days. There is no God or Jesus. The air and the fact I'm breathing doesn't prove God exists. I'm sorry. We got here becuase of universal collisions and bacteria. Not God.

I've been with this guy for a little over a year, and he means everything to me. We broke up for about a month. While we were broken up we both tried to forget about each other, so i started to talk to someone else. That guy didnt mean anything to me. When I realized that I wanted my him back I stopped talking to that guy completely. ( I even had his number blocked). Now since weve been back togheter he says he doesnt trust me anymore. When I ask him why, he doesnt know. If anything I shouldnt trust him after what he did the first time we were togheter, but Im not even gonna bring it up because I love him so much. But what do I do about him not trusting me? It really hurts to know that he doesnt trust me!!!

As long as I can remember (4 and 5 years old even) Ive had neck pain. It happens when I go to bed at night. I toss and turn throughout the whole night, I move pillows all around, switch out pillows, nothing seems to help. My neck pain is constantly everynight. Its recently got worse. Now when my neck hurts it seems like the pain is also going down to the line of my shoulders to my back.
Ive never been in a severe car accident, never hurt myself for where my neck would hurt.
Do you know what it could be?
Could a Doctor make the pain go away?

we been in a relationship for an year and lately for about last 2 months
this girl is acting weird ..i feel trying to avoid me..calling me less what she used to
but i was very patient with her though she gets mad at me over the phone for no reason ..
i know i am not being panaroid but i asked her if something is bothering her she said nothing is bothering
her its just that she got busy with work..(ours is a 3 hrs time difference)
(she has a email that she specifically made for my emails and she told me the password months back
and about a month back she changed the password too but i did not tell her this that she did that)
3 weeks back i had to go somewhere and she called (very casual talks) i told her once i reach i will call her (she said ok very casually)

It has been a problem for so many years adults tend to think of bulling as a "norm" and acceptable part of growing up. That all began to change after Columbine or did it? We are all more aware but what can we do to really make a difference and stop the bullies before someone kills them to stop them? What can we do - how do we help victims feel there is a better way out than the desperate acts we have been reading and hearing about?
