I've heard that some people remove dew claws from dogs when they are puppies to prevent injuries later, but are these injuries common enough to justify their removal as a regular practice? My dog still has hers and they haven't caused any problems.

Opinions on wearing a baseball cap on dates.?

I might be having a blind date here pretty soon (i know, they're the worst), but i'm not counting on anything. I'm thinking its ok to wear a hat around the 3rd or 4th date, if there is one of course. Just wanted opinions. Thanks!

If I sell my property on my own, can a lawyer do all the legal stuff?

After using a realtor that got me nowhere, I started using Craigslist to find buyers for my property. So far I have 2 interested parties.

After answering any questions the buyer need to know, and if they want to move forward to purchase the place. Can't I just hire a real estate lawyer to all the paperwork, and legal stuff?
