Egg Salad Sandwich Ingredients:
1 Hard-boiled egg
1 ts Mayonnaise &/or plain yogurt ( I prefer miracle whip)
Any of these following
Additional ingredients
1/4 ts Mustard
1 tb Chicken shredded, ham or
Other meat
1 tb Avocado mashed
1 ts Onion minced
1 ts To 2 ts celery minced -=OR
Carrot, cucumber, mushroom,
Red or green pepper or
Tomato
1/2 ts Pickle relish
1 Lettuce or spinach leaf
2 sl Toast or thick bread
Egg Salad Sandwich Instructions:
NOTE: Eggs spoil easily, so if you child wants an egg salad sandwich for lunch, pack with it in a lunch box with a freezer pack.
Separate the yolk from the egg white, Mash the yolk in a small bowl with mayonnaise and/or yogurt, adding more mayo and/or yogurt if needed.
Chop up the egg white.
Mix it and any of the additional ingredients (except the lettuce or spinach) into the egg mixture.
Spread the egg salad on toast or thick bread.
If you like, add a lettuce or spinach before closing the sandwich.

INGREDIENTS
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Ingredients;
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoon Spicy mustard
salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
4 hard-boiled eggs plus 2 egg whites, coarsely chopped
2 boiled egg yolks, mashed
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 stalk celery, chopped ( can be left out)
Directions:
Boil 6 eggs, remove shells. Remove 2 yolks and mash. Chop remaining 4 whole eggs plus 2 egg whites.
In a medium bowl, stir the mayonnaise, mustard and 2 mashed egg yolks together to make a creamy mixture. Add salt, pepper, pickle relish and celery, mixing well. Add the chopped eggs and green onion, gently folding them into the mayonnaise mixture.
Store in airtight container until ready to use.
This is my mom's recipe, I love it. I usually leave out the celerly, and instead of 3 tablespoons SWEET relish I use, 1 Tablespoon dill relish and 2 sweet relish. But, that's my preference.

Bacon and Egg Salad Sandwiches:
23 min 8 min prep
4 servings
6 eggs
6 slices bacon
1/3 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomatoes
8 slices whole wheat bread
1. Place eggs in medium saucepan; cover with cold water.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile cook bacon until crisp.
5. Drain on paper towel; crumble.
6. Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking.
7. Peel eggs; chop.
8. In medium bowl, combine chopped eggs, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well.
9. Stir in bacon.
10. Chill to help blend flavors.
11. Layer lettuce, egg salad and tomato slices on 4 slices of bread.
12. Top with remaining bread slices.

mash eggs season it with salt and pepper....add mayonnaise...a dash of mustard....grate cucumber...squeeze its juice out....nd mix ....togheter everything.....put cheese slice on bread apply the mixture ur sandwich is ready....or dont put mustard......slice cabbage...grate carrots as wellchop capsicum...add mayonnaise season with salt and pepper....apply to slices sandwich ready!......sorry i sound uin a hurry cos i m in a hurry...hope u try!
