i am a overweight woman who is desperately trying to recieve the lapband surgery that i believe will ultimately save my life. however i keep hitting a wall. insurance wont cover it and due to circumastances beyond my control my credit is not so good right now. i am working on it but have not gotten it to the point that i can aquire financing on my own. i really don't know what else to do. i know this sounds crazy. i lost my daughter 2 and a half years ago while i was in the process of going through the hoops for the insurance company. as you can imagine after such a loss i lost my focus in dealing with this problem. now i have another child and a teenager and i want to focus on them and myself by getting healthy, but now my insurance will not cover the procedure anymore. i'm feeling a little selfish in doing this, but at this point i am desperate. if i can come up with the money i can have the procedure done in a matter of weeks. just thought i would try, thanks

I'm really just looking for some good websites for certain calculus applications - specifically at the Calc II level. When searching, the majority of my results are for .edu websites, which are nothing more than syllabi. And when I search for Calculus applications, I get the basic stuff.

More specifically, I'm trying to find applications involving:

-Exponential/Logarithmic differentiation and integration
-Trigonometric integration (to include trigonometric substitution)
-Series concepts

Any help is greatly appreciated...again, looking for websites...not explanations of each.

Last week I developed a cyst with some pus filled up. I had to go to a surgeon on Monday to get it lanced and drained out. Since then the D. told me to use gauze everytime I use the bathroom and the gauze will help get rid of more pus and all that has to come out. I am feeling alot better from all that pain that I had before the drainage. But everytime I put gauze on my cut, it sticks to the cut and then when I need to go to the bathroom, it hurts so bad when I try to pull the gauze off from my cut. Is there anything that I can apply on the gauze so that it does not get stuck to my cut? As long as the pus is coming out, that's why I have the gauze on there, but I dont need the gauze to be stuck and hurt so bad when I go to pull it out? Anyone know if possibly wetting the gauze a little, or putting some neosporin ointment on the gauze will prevent it from sticking to my wound? Any suggestions, please advise!
