It is never too late to get shots. Tell your vet, though, if your pup has NEVER had shots before, because you may actually need to do a series of shots to develop the initial resistance. Some of the shots don't develop resistance until the 2nd or 3rd dose.
Typically a young puppy gets several sets of shots in its first 6 months, and then after gets boosters every 1-3 years after that, depending on need (health as well as legal, i.e. rabies) and veterinary opinion/protocol.

It's never to late. I just got a dog from the humane society who is a year old and I just got all his shots done. The sooner the better... Don't forget, tick/flea season is coming up!

Never too late, go for it.

8 weeks is the earliest age because this is when the immunity gained from the mother has waned. It's best to start then so the dog's immunity is always its highest.

We have older animals coming in for their first vaccinations all the time.

It is never to late to get your dog shots!!!!
Hasn't this dog been to the Vet. at all since it was born??
If not ,this dog needs shots and worm medicine. You are lucky this dog hasn't been sick.
Please get your dog to the Vet. and have a good check up.

it is never to late to give your dog its shots and every responsible dog owner should as parvo is an extremely unpleasant and painful disease that more often than not results in death, parvo can be easily picked up off other dogs or places where other dogs have soiled.

It shouldn't be too late. I would do it pretty fast though.
The sooner the better to keep it from having heart worm
problems.

Never to late to begin to protect your pet. See about getting her spayed as well.
