Vermont is the second safest state in the Union:

But it, along with Alaska,are the two states in the Union that allow unrestricted concealed weapons, with no permits necessary. In fact, in Vermont, ANYONE over SIXTEEN who has not been convicted of a felony can carry a concealed weapon.

On the other hand, Washington D.C., which allows NO concealed weapons, and is ranked as the 4th most dangerous "big" city in the country, and the 19th overall:

I am confused. Is this purely a coincidence? Why would criminals in Washington D.C. have guns? They know there is a law against it?
I mean, do the politicians in D.C. really expect the criminals to obey their gun conrol laws? Why or why not?

Hi, Ever been in a situation where you feel completely lost ? You don't know what you want, or even what you want to do ? You don't know what will make you happy, Money ? Success ? Love ? Adventure ? i recently started using a blow dryer and my hair and scalp have become dry and flaky. I have thick, curly hair so i have to use gel and hairspray to keep it from getting puffy, frizzy and going all over the place, so i was just wondering if using something like VO5 hot oil would add some moisture. also, i use conditioner after i wash my hair and i noticed that some of my hair falls out, is this normal?
