I am fully disabled and unable to work. A law firm is attempting to collect on a two year old credit card debt. My only income is from Social Security Disability. Does Federal Law protect my disability income? If so, what should I write to the attorneys to stop their letters demanding payment? My accident (and determination of full disability) occurred after the charges on the credit card.

...other Christians are saying that youre not a "real" Christian??

According to Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church, it is YOU that is not a "real" Christian - not them.

Now, you have to admit - their viewpoint is just as valid as yours is for calling them not real Christians... They are using the same Bible but simply interpreting it slightly differently, and they claim you arent a "real" Christian, but they are. Certainly, you can disagree with them - but they are no more incorerct in their statements than you are in calling them not real Christians.


What says you?? And, why does God allow this in-fighting amongst his supporters?

We're having a cookout tomorrow. I decided to clean the grill rack on our gas grill and saw there was some rust here and there on it. We've been using it up until now, but I didn't know if the rust coming into contact with the meat was safe or not. I saw once on a cooking show where they sprayed the grill rack to coat it so the meat didn't stick, and didn't know if I should opt to do that, or just cover it with foil. We so love the "grill" taste and don't want to resort to covering the grill rack with foil unless we had to. Any suggestions or thoughts about this would be greatly appreciated!

If an adult poses an indecent question to a minor, does this qualify as an offense; misedemeanor or felony?
How would they legaly prosecute if it were an offense?
This is for the state of California

If an adult asks a police officer ,posing as a minor, if they ever strip and show their breasts online, is this an offense? What type of clasfification of an offense is it felony or misdemeanor?

I just read an article in this month's " Reader's Digest " that sleepy drivers are just as dangerous as drunk drivers. If that's the case, then why don't you hear law enforcement officials addressing this issue in the same way they do drunk driving? Why is there so much emphasis placed on one offense and not the other. This sort of thing is one of my major beefs with the police. Speeding is another problem that the cops almost seem to just ignore anymore. They act as though speeding isn't dangerous and doesn't require their attention. What's up with that? Why aren't they more consistent in the way they handle these things?
