Alright, heres the deal, i need to workout so i can improve a bit and get some muscle tone, but the problem is, i can't go to the weight room, so i have to try something at home....Any ideas?

Most places that sell sporting goods will sell some home fitness stuff. There are these things that look like giant rubber bands -- stretching them is like lifting weights. If you want more resistance, stretch two or more at a time.

Also, there are the big exercise balls that you rest your butt on so you can do sit-ups. This also forces your legs and lateral muscles to work keeping your balance.

Push-ups always work. Jumping rope is excellent cardio work and good for your legs.

pushup(maybe even one armed) for triceps and chest and back, chinups for biceps and back. one legged squats or one legged step ups(i do them on a plastic lawn chair) one legged toe raises. crunches for abs. cool way to do chinups see site below,scroll down to strength training #49and 62. / search web for one legged squats to see how-to(not hard to find)
