Indecent question to a minor does not constitutes an offence. Distance the minor from the person. As for posing as minor and indecent exposure on-line can't be justified that crimes have been committed.

It would be a gross misdemeanor in the state of Washington which is one step below felony but above a misdemeanor and you get more time and a bigger fine.

Known in my own jurisdiction as "Computer Forensics Analyists" ... they work hand in hand with the federal law enforcement agencies in order to identify and prosecute those who target minors for sexual purposes over the internet.

It is a serious crime with serious consequences. My own jurisdiction has prosecuted countless cases where offenders lived outside my own state. As we say in the south...."It ain't a purdy sight!"

If you are asking for yourself, I might suggest you contact an attorney along with a counselor and get started in counselling to show that you are aware of your judgemental errors. If you are asking just out of curiosity.....best wishes!

It is a felony.. even thought nothing happened... The discussion of any sexual conduct with a minor can get your thrown in jaill...

Hence JailBait...

In TX, if you are pissed off at someone, you can go to the cops and have the arrest someone for a false threat... You dont even have to prove that they said it, and they can be locked up...

It's a felony.
It's online solicitation of a minor and criminal attempted sexual performance by a child. He could get 10 years.
