I recieved an email on line from a place offering me alittle extra income for myself by cashing AAA travel checks and sending him a total of $3500 and keep $400 for myself, at first I felt fishy about it but then when I recieved an email from them with a Fedex tracking number that the checks has been sent to me. I thought it was some kind of scam but after the fedex prioroty mail, started to sound like its legit. and I really need the extra money. What should I do?

i recently split from my boyfriend and posted a question on how to deal with a self esteem issue, in which i said that my ex was controlling,yes he had those tendencies but i think it came across as though i was not able to even breath, i think i was angry at the situation and had just focused on that to help me deal with the split,
I was with him for 3 yrs and he brought many good things in to my life, it was a regular relationship with up's and down's, and our downs became too much for me and effected my self esteem, so i apologise to anyone who answered me thinking i was an abused woman! and to him if he ever sees this x

I have been booked in for a circumcision and the only info was not to eat or drink after midnight the night before - due to arrive at 7am. Is this reasonable ? Would it be best to avoid certain things the day before ? Is even a glass of water in the morning forbidden ?

Other question is whether it is necessary to shave before, this hasn't been mentioned and I am too shy to ask - but would hate to turn up and be humiliated.

I have finally decided that I am going to re-install Windows XP.
I've had this computer now, for a while and it has been my first computer. Thus, I've made all my mistakes on this machine.

I would now, as a more advanced user, like to totally wipe out everything (save my folders to a CD) and re-install everything CLEAN like when I first got the PC. (then I will be adding some RAM and it will be like new, right :D?)

However I have lots of questions about this because I don't want to end up getting into any trouble here: 1. How? Do I simply insert the Windows CD and it will take care of everything? 2. Will Windows recognize everything? I did not set up this computer (bought from Dell). I have all these setup disks and stuff but will I need anything other than Windows CD? Or will it noticed my integrated CD/CD-RW, monitor etc, (I know Printer, Cameras will be deleted, right?)

I appreciate any help I can get, and any pertinent links to this situation. Thank~you!

My Mc Laren has a problem, what to do?

My Mc Laren has a problem, what to do? I think the problem is with the gearbox. Is it ok, to take it to the Garage which I quite often see few Ferraris, Porsches and few other or the Mc Laren assembly factory? Which is better? By the way, Mc Laren place is bit far.

I am a 17-year-old boy and keen to help others. But some of them don't perfer to be helped by others but to solve problems independently. What should I do? And it lead to my another question. Shall I seek help from my friends? Does it mean I'll look more independent if I don't seek help from them or politely don't accept their help? If so, what shall I do if I feel stressed because of too many school works or some more worries? Shall I hide them deep inside or to talk to them? People always say we can always find friends to talk to, but what if they feel a little bit disturbed if I talk to them too much about this? Who can tell me which way is better? Tell them or don't tell them?

Am with this girl that so wonderful and I feel great when am with her.I know I fallen inlove with her but shes worry about my family that does not like her at all .she says if your family does not like me whats the point in been together? I tried to make her understand that shes gonna be with me not them and that they will have to accept her regardless of how they feel about her due to the fact that this is the woman that I want to be with .
Shes a very joyful lady,very sociable,cheerful and friendly and may be what my family does not like is that shes 25 and enjoys to go out and have fun wich I have no problem what so ever about it. I feel that there is nothing I can say to her except that i will be behind her 100% regardless what my family says and that i will love her forever and ever.what do you all think i should do?...

so i work with this girl. i really liked her cople of months ago. seemed like she was intrested in me as well. so i asked her out. but it didn't work, second tme she said she was bussy. she only started talking about "work realated" things.
so i backed off. juz try to be frnds with her and a good co-worker. and i try to forget that she turned my offer down. i was cool. on her b-day last month. i drew a flower on a paper, n wrote "HB-day" and since then, i noticed, she been trying to be sweet with me, nice, and been showing some real intrest in me..

i would still go out with her. so i wanna know how can i ask her out AGAIN? cuz i got turned down twice before. she's bein ratehr obvious about liking me but still i'm scared.

I'm about to leave my 17 year marriage mainly because my husband has no intention of stopping his affairs. Truth is, I really don't want to leave. We don't fight and we are good friends. I feel like I must leave though, otherwise I'll be constantly living in fear of catching an STD, and I need to get some self-respect back. I feel very resentful about leaving because I love him, he's been my husband for my entire adult life. It almost feels like I'm punishing myself for his affairs by kicking myself out of my own home and leaving a man who's always stood by me. I don't know whether these feelings are normal or not. I want to set up a ftp server on my machine. My machine has an ADSL broadband connection(Dynamic IP).
So far i have got a fixed domain name from noip.com which gets updated periodically to correspond to the changing IP.
The server daemon is running, but i am not able to connect to the server(my machine).
Configuration
a. Linux kernel 2.6
b. ftp-server-krb5 version 1.3
Any help will be appreciated
