Sexual abuse is wrong and goes against God's teachings. If God's disciples go to African countries to help the impovished, then help they should not abuse them in any way.

I think about as much as I do of Allahs apostle molesting a 9 year old girl(aisha), or of atheist teachers who molest their students, or for that matter "religious" people who commit all sorts of evil in the name of God.
However if they have religion, but dont practice it and do these things then effectively they are atheists like so many in the peace corps or VSO.

Those people are not God's disciples. Jesus said that HIS disciples follow His commands. And one of those commands is to love your neighbor as yourself. The other is to Love God with everything that you are. So if they are doing those things, they are not Followers of Jesus.
