I would like some specifics about divorce laws in South Carolina. I want to divorce my husband, but I have heard I must be separated for 12 months. Is there any way to make it less time? Someone said adultery, but I know he isn't fooling around. If I said I was, what would be the consequences?

Two months ago, I started having head pains/neck pains/muscle twitches/some numbness and weakness of extremities. I had an MRI which showed a dilation of the central canal of the spinal cord most consistent with a 'syrinx'. If you are familiar with 'syringomyelia' you know it is very dangerous, etc. Today I went for my first visit to a doctor, a neurosurgeon. He looked at my MRI and said this was 'normal' and just something I was born with and is not what is causing my symptoms. He said the 'dilation' measures about 2mm wide/4mm long. My question is, is it possible he is right and this is nothing to be worried about or is it just that this problem is so rare he probably isn't well educated on the horrific effects it can potentially have if allowed to progress? I do have a history of neck trauma, it has been about 10 years ago. Today is also the first day in 2 months that I have not had head pain and the muscle twitching is decreased by 75% - hopefully it will stay this way!

There I am surfing harmlessly. I might click a link too fast or click it before the whole page loads. I dont know what, but the browser doesnt respond. I click again and it says "Not Responding" I try to close it asks if I want to close I say yes and that box doesnt go away. Ctry/Alt/Del and I get the taskj manager and try to close it that way and it might close after 45 seconds or so.Sometimes I have to do a cold reboot.

Hi, I was working on my motorcycle when I broke a bolt off inside a stud on my bike frame. I went to the hardware store and purchased a screw extractor and a small drill bit. To make a long story short the small bit broke inside the bolt. The question of the day now is how do i still get the bolt out with the drill bit stuck inside of it? Any ideas?

I'm not a Christian, but I like to read many religious texts. Anyway, I just came across this literal translation of the Bible. I figure it's better to have a literal translation because then if you are good with languages you can figure out what they mean in English yourself. I think during past translations of the Bible people translated it so current culture could understand, and there are probably many symbols we don't get.


Exp of the difference:

I think the differences are subtle but could lead to different interpretations.

My laptop crashed a few months ago (a Dell Inspiron, don't get one!) and I need a new one. I'm a poor college student so I have a limited budget. I was driving down the highway last week and my car just turned off. First the radio went off, then the speedometer went to 0 and finally the car just completely shut off. I got the car towed to a shop. They said it was the alternator and alternator cable and replaced it. I picked my car up and it died again 15 minutes after driving. Took my car back to the shop and they hooked the battery up to a tester with the car running. The battery continued to lose power right in front of us. The battery is less than 6 months old. The mechanics have no idea what the problem is.
