I woke up yesterday with it my nose feels like its burning and all one side of my face is very sore. and now my little girl has come home from school sick as well. I dont think its bad enough to get antibiotics. I dont like to take them unless I really have to. thanks

Hi, I am an employee of an MNC with my office in Bangalore, India. Currently, I have been working in Germany on a work permit for my cos. parent organization- a German company. I wish to chnage to another German company. Can I do so with the same work permit ? Or do I have to get the work permit transferred to the other company ?
On my visa its written "Tätigkeit bei Aufenthaltsanzeige nach einreise Abh. Frankfurt"

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for a long time, we have children and a very good marriage. Over the last 5 years I have met a person that really rocked my boat as far as believing I couldn't love anyone more than my spouse. There is nothing sexual between this person and myself, but just being in their presence is paradise to me. We both feel this way about each other but we have never acted on it.

What do you do when you have someone touch your heart the way this person has? It is not a fancy or puppy love, it has been this way for several years. I avoid the person and I have tried several things to remove them from my life. The basis is that I can not get over the fact that someone has touched my heart at a much deeper and fulfilling level than my spouse ever has or could? What is a person to do? Any Advice? I feel like a liar to my spouse but I have not betrayed them, but it doesn't make life any easier...

Am I the only person who has a overly active child (also very strong willed but I love her just the same lol) that is soooo sick of hearing the "perfect parent" with the "perfectly quiet, calm, easy going child" criticize your parenting. Dont get me wrong I HAVE rules, consequences, etc in my home. I wanted to just smack my new neighbor when she came over yesterday with her daughter (very quiet passive child) . The kids (ages 4 & 5) were playing nicely so we walked away for 2 MINUTES to show her something in another room. When we came back my daughter had climbed on the counter and was stand there getting snacks from a top shelf. I immediatly got her down told her it was very dangerous and she could have fell and made her sit in timeout for a few minutes. EVEN SO I still heard "My daughter would never even hink of doing something like that, etc" from the neighbor. Along with a lot of "You need to do" Am I the only one who HATES people that tell you what your doing wronge
