I also have dreams like that. I sort of enjoy them. I was curious as well and did a little reading and found that some women do have dreams like this.
If you are very concerned you may want to talk to a therapist about it.
I personally think I have them as an outlet for my depest desires and fantasies that I have in my mind. As they do not disturb me I have done nothing about them and as I said, I enjoy the detail and the feelings they arouse.
I guess it would help to know what the dreams are about to see it they would disturb me as well. Good luck and let us know how you handle the situation.

What what you are eating just before bedtime. Often, eating foods that require heavy digestion while you are sleeping can bring about unusual dreams.
Also, just before bedtime, read books, watch videos, etc that are more consistent with the types of thoughts you want to have. Read a novel or other book with values consistent with yours. Or, read the Bible or other religious book.
Shift your focus or thoughts away from unwanted thoughts when you get them, by thinking of other things like fun family vacations, or Christmas mornings past, etc. These other thoughts can fill your mind with good thoughts and keep the unwanted ones out.

Stop freaking about them, maybe its because you make such a big deal out of it. Its just a dream, its not reality. Whats normal? Everything sexual is normal. Your young and hormonal. Don't let your preconceived notions about sex create problems where no problem exists- Everyone wants sex and gets horny- not just men.

Many people believe that dreams are how your brain deals with unresolved issues.
I don't know that you can (or would want to) stop your dreams.

Sure, it's perfectly normal. Why do you want to stop them? Nothing immoral or wrong about it. Just enjoy.

peoples bodies sometimes expresse their thoughts through their dreams. if you have had a high sex drive and no partner, then maybe your body is expressing this need in your dreams.
just my opinion.
