Hi, I am an employee of an MNC with my office in Bangalore, India. Currently, I have been working in Germany on a work permit for my cos. parent organization- a German company. I wish to chnage to another German company. Can I do so with the same work permit ? Or do I have to get the work permit transferred to the other company ?
On my visa its written "Tätigkeit bei

It seems like you do have a limited work permit for germany.

Maybe you have to negotiate with the new employers and they have to sponsor you to get another work permit which allow you to work for them!
