What's the point in being Vegetarian?

Vegetarians (including me) often argue that killing animals is a horrendous sin and one should have mercy on said animals and adopt the green way of life, but look at the theory from this point of view- plants are also living beings and they are killed for our food, aren't they? And what about all those Insects and Rodents that we kill without a second thought?
And many so-called vegetarian foods like Cheese and Yogurt contain millions of bacterias that are killed in our stomachs.
What's the whole point in being vegetarian?

If homosexuals are gay on purpose, then why..?

Why is it that in many, many families, ((it happened to me with my mother)) are gay kids being punished, running away, crying their eyes out, even killing themselves, because their parents are going ballistic because they're gay?

If it was all a conscious, chosen act, do you really think that a 16 year old kid would go so far as to commit suicide, just to be rebellious?

And what about the people like me? I, for one, am bisexual, and proud of it.

I do not feel this 'wrongness' deep inside my heart when i kiss or sleep with one of my gender, nor do i feel it with one of the opposite.

I know a straight-up nothing-else lesbian, she feels no remorse, or wrongness, in her choice of lover.

rather, when she was little, she always thought it was 'gross' when boys and girls kissed, and only when she heard about gays, did she realize that she was gay, too.

Why do feminists who claim they are single think they can offer relationship advice to other women?

Feminists seem to like to have in mind an idea of "how a relationship should work", "what men have to do to please women", "what women should do to make a relationship work" etc. etc.

But at the same time claim things like they are independent or will never get married. Most will never be in a relationship for the rest of their lives and have been through some sort of painful divorce or separation, were "abused", dumped etc.

What makes them think they can give relationship advice if they are an abject failure at relationships themselves?

Furthermore many feminists are lesbians, yet still persist in giving heterosexual women relationship advice? Why? They know the least about men out of anyone. Men know about men, white men do, black men do, a transsexual arguably knows about men, heterosexual women may know something about men, but lesbians?

They know nothing.

So why do they think they are an anywhere near decent source of relationship advice?

Looking for someone with sawmill in LA County?

Help with Taxes!! Please!!?

I need to know what happens if you do not pay what you owe when you turn in your tax forms since an extension doesn't help that. I don't owe very much but I have absolutely no form of income and don't have any money to pay. Don't say its because I'm lazy either, I have a panic disorder that keeps me from holding a job. how do you best bond or 'connect' with others?

what do you think are some good ways to bond\connect with people and form a good memorable relationship with them?

I can be with a friend or a group of friends for some time, going out and have fun and all and yet feel like strangers at the end. I don't know how to bond with others anymore? What is wrong?
