we are still legaly married are divorce is not final,prier to are separation he always called me fat and other cruel names,but to find out that his new girlfriend is only 20 yrs old and he is 46 yrs old he is old enough to be her father.
He got her to f___k another man while he watched,I guess that he can get what ever he wants to find out also they plane to do it again but with two guys next time.
he meet her on the phone chat lines where they talk dirty to each other, to me she is a SLUT for letting him talk her into doing this.

You are a woman scorned and its natural that you would feel anger towards him and his girlfriend. Saying things like that is not helping the situation. You need to realize that he is simply in LUST and not in LOVE. Its very hurtful to be where you are and I feel such a sadness in my heart for you, knowing how the betrayal and the anger make you swing from loving thoughts to murderous thoughts and back. THis is the very reason whay the bible says God hates divorce. THe pain it causes through one selfish action leaves many people around the selfish person bleeding including the wife.
WHat to do? Well All I can say to you is refrain from comments like this and hold your tongue and instead of giving in to feelings and emotions, decide to override them and act with dignity and integrity, no matter how hard the wrong feelings keep telling you otherwise. Now you just do things without giving them a thought, but later one regrets every action and wishes one had responded differently. So to avoid that happening take good advise from someone who did the same childish things and learnt the hard way, but was lucky enough to be given a second chance that has worked out better than can be imagined, but only once she chose to do things the right way!!!
Get the book LOVE AND RESPECT by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs and listen to the good advice in that book. It pulled me together again and will do the same for you. Its okay to be angry but just dont do silly things in your angry state of mind. You will regret them.

Hmm.. Nothing quite like running another person down to make yourself feel better is there? Perhaps you should focus on the source of negativity within your own life, rather than picking on someone because they don't look the way you want. Of course if you are still in Junior High then keep it up, because its to be expected of you at or around that age.
