I was sick on Easter, so I was not able to go with my husband to my in-laws. They had a big chocolate bunny and ate most of it, but decided to save the head of it for me.

Have you ever received such a present?

They weren't trying to be funny; they wanted to share Easter with me somehow, I guess this was their way!

I got my minors in Dutch and Sociology. Will they come in handy while I am flipping burgers?

(BTW - I loved school because I studied subjects I cared about instead of what will make me rich, so spare me the lecture).

Okay, let's first state the facts: 1) wrestling is scripted--it is fictional television programming that is based on various storylines involving various characters; 2) though the matches are choreographed, many of the moves executed by the participants are quite physical and require some level of athleticism; and 3) like most fictional, action-packed programming and/or movies, wrestling can be quite exciting for those who choose to watch. With all of these facts stated, and to those of you who choose to rant about how "fake" it really is, what is your point and/or reasons for reminding us? It's television people! Whether or not it is real obviously has no effect on viewership!

By the way, I am an adult and I expect to receive mature adult answers. I know that may be hard for some of you, but please try your best. Thank you.

I am a new small business owner (LLC) currently working out of my basement, and am interested in purchasing some office space (yes, do not want to through money on rent). Is the purchase cost tax differed until I sell the asset (may be in 10 years from now?) Or do I have to use after tax dollars to buy the office space?

I teach highschool Juniors at an urban highschool in Massachusetts. I have been teaching World Literature for just a couple of years and I've found that with all the technology in the world, that my students don't have an idea about what is going on outside their everyday lives. After discussing this with fellow teachers a question was formed; how can you teach about the ocean when your students have never seen, smelled, heard, tasted, or felt the ocean. We expect students to be able to read and learn about certain texts from around the world, yet how do we put those texts into context. The context is what I'm trying to teach. My students are always asking me about the importance of learning about the world, how do I make what I'm teaching relevent to them? That is the basis of my overarching question.

A couple of lassies at my work have just found out that they are pregnant...whilst i was congratulating them someone made a comment that they were pregnant because they must have been something in the air....i said 'Obviously , theirs legs!!'

i was dragged into the managers office and given a written warning ...wouldn't a slap on the coupon(face) from the lassies be more appropriate punishment
