My friend made it through basic and AIT but then before he was transferred to his unit he went to his commanding officers and told them about his gambling problems and how he needed to get help right away.. They didnt do anything at first so his family contacted red cross and the red cross contacted the military and he got a 10 day leave before going to his unit... He never made it back to the army. He was been gone for two years and he went to GA for his gambling help and he searched for god and found help there... It has been 2 years AWOL and he has gotten pulled over by the cops once for a speeding ticket and went to court... He has a good job where they run a background check on him... Hes bought a house and a new car... All of this while he was AWOL... And now that hes gotten the help he has saved up money for his family while hes gone he wants to know what happens now with the AWOL and why they havent hunted him down or arrested him when he was pulled over or bought a house????

I have a 20 gallon tank, and have one Bio-wheel filter running.

I also have another Whisper filter sitting in a box.... is it a bad idea to hook it up and have 2 different filters running ?

When I was leaving the store the other day, I had a very close encounter that still gives me chills. I was right outside the front door where the yellow diagonal lines are for the pedestrians to walk across, there are stop signs on either side so the cars will stop and let people by. Well, one young girl DID NOT want to wait. I was halfway through with my kids in the basket, the girl was stopped, and there was a car pulling out of a close by parking spot. The girl saw this and darted in front to get the spot. She came nearly an INCH from hitting my basket with my kids in it! Another lady next to me saw this and helped me confront the girl. I was mortified, the young girl told ME that I needed to get out of the way. Didn't I have the right to be there? I mean, what's her problem? Why are people so rude? The other lady continued to confront her but I left and thanked God no one was hurt, but it still is so upsetting. I didn't have the patience to deal with her. What would you have done?

I keep hearing from Christians that you can identify a *TRUE* Christian by how they live their lives, or by their fruit if you will.

So…

Given the people you know in various religious groups (both here and real world) which religion would you adopt? Or, based on the lives of its adherents which religion has the most going for it?

Personally I’d have to go with one of the Pagan religions. I have found that they are, by in large, intellectually honest, intelligent, creative, moral and giving.

My dad is 36 years old and in September he went on a diet. He NEVER exercised and still kept losing weight. All he eats is apples, oranges, tuna fish, and rice cakes. He lost about 80 pounds since September and keeps losing weight doing this. I mean he looks like a little puney kid now, and my whole family knows he looks weird. He even faints sometimes and he chews gum all gross and snaps when he chews it lol. it is so disgusting and annoying, so any thoughts on this? I know he lost weight but he is so small and sickly skinny.

the message says..... the system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory. the application will not run properly. the relocation occurred because dll c:/windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx occupipied an address range reserved for windows system dlls. the vender supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll....... i have got windows xp media centre. please help

We have been together for 6 years, engaged 3. We share a 3 year old child. 3 months ago I found out he was having a long distance telephone relationship with another female that was going on for 10 months, when I found out. He ended that. Last week I found out he has been talking online with someone else for about a month, only 2 months after he got caught for the 1st infidelity. I have been so fed up with his lies and now I can't trust him. I told him it was over for the first time, I gave him a chance the first time he got caught it was worse then. He went out and got my name tatooed on his arm to prove his love for me. He has not had intercourse, but I know it does not excuse his actions. I am hurt- but I do love him, we have invested 6 years into this relationship. What should I do. Please comments from men encouraged.
