the message says..... the system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory. the application will not run properly. the relocation occurred because dll c:/windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx occupipied an address range reserved for windows system dlls. the vender supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll....... i have got windows xp media centre. please help

This is a new but common error, it was a result of one of MS updates last week, They have already put out a fix for it on this site...

delete the files which are causing the problem thats what i did and everything was ok.
