I have heard this is a good quick diet if you are just needing to lose 10 lbs or so...I was just wondering if anyone has tried it, if it worked and what your opinions of it are???? Thank you

I always get sitches in my side around summer!! And i am getting them again. It isn't always in my side, sometimes its under my chest. Now lately i get them even if i walk around the house fast! Are there any excercises around the house i can do to prevent them?? What do you think is causing it??
Please help cos it really gets me down. I feel off a pony recently. Do u think it could be connected. Sorry for the wrong spellings.

This husband and wife are staying in a hotel, and after a romantic evening wining and dining they go off to bed. However, as soon as they settled down, the man (not quite ready for slumber) leans over and whispers softly, "Hey snuggle boopy boops, your lickle hubby wubby isn't quite ready for bye-byes yet."
The wife takes the hint and says, "OK, but I have to use the bathroom first." So off she goes but on her way back she trips over a piece of carpet and lands flat on her face.
Her husband jumps up and exclaims in a concerned tone "Oh my little honey bunny, is your nosey-wosey all right?"
No harm is done, so she jumps into bed and they have mad passionate sex for three hours. Afterwards, the wife goes off to the bathroom again, but on her way she trips over the same piece of carpet and again lands flat on her face on the floor.
Her husband looks over and grunts "Clumsy b1tch."

It seems anytime I ever make any inteligent reason why liberals are a negative force on this country all I get is a bunch of angry liberals whining instead of actual debate. Would this be a catalyst for social change or thinking in religious beliefs? I could see that being the one thing that would change alot of beliefs....I know that alot of religions will have an answer for this or somehow incorperate this into their teachings. But some believe,well most people I talk to don't think that it will ever happen. If you say the word UFO or aliens,most will look upon you as crazy or delutional. The universe is a very,very large place with lots of galaxies-stars(suns)-planets-moons,etc.. Is it just a waste of space for us little humans on this little spec of dust in the universe or is it more abundent with life than we could ever possibley imagine?
