After I drink cold medicine the taste stays in my mouth and I get nauseated...any foods that I can eat or chew on to get rid of the taste?

Try chewing some stron peppermint gum, or drinking peppermint tea...Those seem to really help me!

I'm a huge fan of breakfast Hot Pockets for washing down pills, especially the B complex. Swallowing B complex tastes like I licked the inside of a vet's office. I have to have a Hot Pocket to get rid of the taste immediately. Any kind of curried leftovers works too.

Actually sucking on an ice cube before taking the medicine will help.It numbs the taste buds.

Drink your favorite cup of tea any kind washes away any disgusting flavors your taste buds hate.

I thought water didn't get the taste out of my mouth and possibly made it worse while eating chips actually got the terrible taste out of my mouth.
