I have heard this is a good quick diet if you are just needing to lose 10 lbs or so...I was just wondering if anyone has tried it, if it worked and what your opinions of it are???? Thank you

I lost the weight. I had a very hard time staying on the diet. The soup was good, but I grew tired of it after 5 days.I didn't make it till the end of the 7 days. I had to go off. The weight I lost came right back in two days. It is a very hard diet to stick with.

It works well for dropping a quick 7-8 pounds. It wasn't a fun diet. And once you stop the diet, even if you eat really healthy, you will gain most of that weight right back. So, it's a good diet if you need to be a little slimmer in a week for a pool party or wedding or something like that. But it's not a long term diet.

Ok heres me experieince..

thr cabbage soup diet i lost we ight with it but for some reason it came back on..

now with the sacred heart diet (check google) i did this and lost weight on it and it stayed off !! its simular to the cabbage soup but with no cabbage!! i also followed on from day 6 (skipped rice day) by eating just meat i did slimming world red days !!

I actually liked this diet. The soup tastes really good hot or cold. It works until you eat normally again. Okay to fit into a hot little dress.. Not okay for permanent weight loss!
