Showing off his new appartment one night to his pals the drunk student walked them in to a room where there was a big brass gong.

One of his friends askes "whats the gong for ?"

" Thats not a gong it's a talking clock" he replied.

Looking a bit confused they ask how it works,so the drunk picks up a big hammer and hits the gong as hard as he could.

They all stand quietly looking at each other for a moment when all of a sudden a voice from the next appartment shouts "hey be quiet you jerk it's it's three thirty in the damn morning."

I work for a personal injury atty. All our clients who do attendant care for injured family members get 1099s from insurance co with either box 6 (medical care) or box 7 checked (paymnts to attorney). One client got her 1099 with box 5 checked (misc. nonemployee income), and her accountant says there is no way to deduct the 1/3 that comes out of her monthly check for attorney's fees. Does anyone know how to handle this?

Since President Bush was elected by due process fair and square, we have had to listen to the losers complain ad naseum and just be mukrakers and such bad losers for almost 7 years! Why are democrats so hostil and unable to show some decorum in the public eye. Ironically, I notice that this party seems to attract the same kind of emotional disturbed people it elects. Why such bad sports? Heck, you'd think they'd be all in favor of the election process and repsect the will of the voters?

I am still searching for answers regarding God. I have alot of anger towards God and I tell him off. I tell him: Why is it that if you are so merciful and loving you would create a world that our only choice, which is not much of a choice is to either worship and love you or else be doomed. Why is it that he gave us free will, choice if there is not much to choose from? If it is true free will, we would have a choice to be okay without Gods and Devils.

I tell God, that he is selfish because how can one create a bunch of pets for HIS glory to be loved. For his benefit basically. It does not benefit me to be forced to worship a God like that. I am afraid because I don't want to be on the dark side either. Yes, I do not really have a choice, because I don't want to choose God and I don't want to choose evil. I don't want either. Why didn't God make that choice for us.

I have two brothers that regularly go into my bedroom and steal my stuff, read my personal items or just generally turn the place upside down. they have nicked god knows how much crud off of me and even invite their friends in to have a look aswell.
i want to find a lock that is near as dammit unpickable, so I can keep them out of there adn keep my stuff safe. I would buy a normal lock. But the challenge of unpicking it would only make it more interesting to go into my bedroom.
If no one has any suggestions for locks, can anyone here be willing to carry out a planned double murder, that wouldnt lead back to me (joke)

I had a lease car with GMAC that I had to let go do to financial issues. GMAC reported a derogatory entry in Feb 2000. It is now 7 years later and Experian is still showing this entry. I asked them to investigate in March but they reported as verified and did not change. Can I get this removed or is Experian correct?

Okay, so we are now occupying a country we had no business invading. We have been there for over 4 years and the government in Iraq has yet to step up and take care of things.
We lose more soldiers everyday and there is no end in the violence in sight.
We have made a mess of this country and now we are considering complete withdrawl...for the most part. Is there another option? What will happen if we leave the country in the mess it's in? Now that we are there should we clean up the mess we've made, is that even possible?
I'm liberal, but I have a hard time supporting complete withdrawl considering we have left the country and the innocent people in dire staights.
What would you consider the best option and what will your predicted outcome of that option?

I know, lots of question, but I'd love to hear what you have to say.
