dressed up or dressed down???

Why do security gaurds and police always talk as if they have an attitude problem?

One would assume that working in the police, they are used to criminal behaviour and yet they still excessivily annoyed about the action the criminal commits.

They all talk funny, a bit like teenagers trying to be cool with thier mates.

They have a tendancy to yell about anything that is not right.

They even seem to have a tendancy to swear or curse and get violent and abusive back.

It is like they love the sense of control they have over criminals?

What do you think is going on there?

ABC, CBS, CNN, and NBC were all reporting on the proven false military records of President Bush, and has yet to investigate or report on all the misconduct of the democratic leaders, why would you believe any news from these channels??? Or is it for your daily feeding of cow droppings that makes you tune in?

I am a security guard and my employer gave me a 1099-misc instead of a w-2. He did not take out any taxes during the year. Should this reported on line 7 of the w-2 as regular wages or should it be on line 12 with business income (which would mean a schedule c and self employment tax)?

For teacher appreciation week we were thinking that we could fill a bunch of prescription bottles with mini M&M's and print out stickers and put them on the bottle and say on it "Take a RED for stress releif..." and stuff like that! It's pretty creative don't you think?? Well would it be sterile to just ask Rite Aid or some store to donate their old used prescription bottles?? Safe? Sterile? Reasonable??
