Has anyone here ever used computerised CBT for their depression/anxiety/panic/phobic disorder. It is just that for my uni literature project I am doing a literature review on computerised CBT (e.g. Beating the Blues, FearFighter, MoodGYM, OCFighter) and am looking for people's opinions/views of this kind of therapy. Basically how did you find it? Did you find it useful? Etc.

This is an annual event that I have hosted for 4 years. In the past I have done the "pre-made" Easter baskets and stuffed animals for the younger kids. Last year, I purchased the inexpensive buckets and filled them with little things, but it didn't have the appearance that I was after. I have a short time to put this together, but will invest a reasonable amount of money. I am expecting 25-30 kids. Thanks so much for your help!!

I am currently in a relationship everything is going down hill.....I care for this man so much that this really hurts... His ten years older than me.... he has been married twice has 3 kids. I am 22 never been married and have no kids. So I am aware that there is no future with him... I just dont want to hurt... I havent seen all weekend.... I am thinking the worst... On behalf of a neighbor whos just bought a new Comp. She was given a 3 month sub. to Norton. At the same time as purchase she bought the complete Norton Security Suite. Should she delete the freebie before she installs the new one, and is this going to prove a problem or can she do it through add/remove.

Thanks for the answer Bostonia. To ask a bit further on the taxes paid: These were taxes paid county and school at time of settlement. It was new development, and basically we had to pay the amount the builder had paid in these taxes. It amounted to $37xx. Can we claim this as taxes paid even though it is not reflected on our 1098 Forms from the lender? Thanks!
