I had a friend who had terrible acne for years - she tried that Proactive that everyone talks about - it really did work great for her. I thought her case was hopeless but Proactive worked! It cleared her entire face up.

I've had Rosacea for 15yrs.(am 47)
You can't get rid of it, but it can be kept under control:
Avoid spicy foods, alcohol, heat,(use sunblock cream, don't have bath water too hot, etc)perfumed products on your face/neck.
I've tried every single antibiotic that is used in the treatment of Rosacea, and every gel. I have it quite severely, and my dermatologist prescribed ROACCUTANE. It worked fantastically well, and my skin has been clear for about 9months now.(though always a little pink on cheeks)
Also, the Red Cross can advise you on excellent camouflage creams. They are a bit expensive to buy, but available on prescription. That will boost your confidence no end. Good luck. Look on Acne & Rosacea website too.

Aloe Vera is very good for skin complaints, the best one is from GNLD as it is pure and does not contain the skin of the plant. It might also be a good idea to embark on a nutritional course for a few months and give your body some tools to work with as it is very good at healing itself.
But like anything you can only do the job if you have the tools!

Those are two different problems. The rosacea is long term. It never goes away although you can control it. Proactive can help but, it may make your rosacea worse. Every person is different. I would go see a dermatologist for the rosacea. There are some special creams that you can use.

If you actually have rosacea this not something you just get rid of, but something you attempt to keep under control.
