Hello, I am 12 years old. I am trying to get up extra early everyday for school. Normally i get up liek less than 30 minutes before, and i tend to be late alot. What i plan on doing is getting up at 6:00 because i have plenty of things to do in the morning, that i normally never get done before comming home in the afternoon. Can you please help me and tell me ways i can get up easier. Also how i can get up and feel energized. Any ideas for breakfast, so that i can be energized throughout the day.

my wife and i have an awesome fantasy life we are both very attracted to a few people who we know they would swap with us however we both have a wierd feeling about it...it is such a turn on to talk about it and we talk about it alot but if it came down to it im not sure we could actually go through with it. for the first time in our lives we are happy we are newly weds and both been through a lot of crap and now are sure we are the ones that will be spending our entire lives with. the problem is that we both want this but we cant bring ourselves to doing this

I saw the movie, Notes on a Scandal and I noticed a pack of cigs that said really big "Smoking Kills". Do they really say that 'cause in the U.S. we just have a small warning on the side of the pack that isn't quite to the point. It is true that smoking does kill so I'm not against it.
