I would like to give up something good this week, and feel good about it,but i'm not into sweets or icecream lately.
I would appreciate some intelligent answers.

Why bother since this is the last week of Lent? If you're even asking this question, then you don't get the whole reason for giving up something for Lent. There has to be something you enjoy other than sweets. Maybe there's a bad habit you can work on this week or try to improve some area of your life.

Abstain from red meats, alcohol, sugar (unless you are diabetic)
Some things to add during Lent are daily Bible reading, fasting on Fridays, times of prayer, taking a course of study related in some way to spirituality.

you were suppose to give up something REALLY important to you at the beginning of lent and not have that certain thing until lent ended. Thats how i was taught in my church. Its not a week thing. well i guess you could give up the internet. iam serious i bet thats important to you

How about something behavioral?
Like no gossiping, paying for the coffee or toll for the person behind you in line, helping someone in need, volunteer at a hospital or nursing home.

Why not give up religion? Try reality for a year. See what happens.
