what actually works, i need a supplement that works 100% that makes you cut, and makes you bigger, i go to the gym 3 times and workout my whole body i just need a good supplement that gets me results, i need answers from people that have used supplements an seen good results, can anyone help?

My friends tell me that I dont look like I weight 150 pounds but I know I need to loose weight. I have had two children so most of the weight is on my stomach and hips. It could have been in the 1950s or 60s. They were all from the Phillipines & tied up & killed in one house. I'm watching CSI & 6 showgirls who lived together were all tied up & stabbled & it reminded me of the earlier crime. I don't remember who the killer was...but it was a famous crime. I seem to remember it was in the MidWest..but I could be wrong. Thanks
