I have been trying to manage depression for a while now, have been taking St Johns Wort and also Evening Primrose Oil, thought I had it nipped in the bud, but it seems to have reappeared. I have 3 kids and need to sort it, but don't really want to resort to prescribed medicine. I would love to hear if anyone has any ideas on what I can do to help manage this. Thank you in advance

Debate question : Do we need an education to be successful?
my debate is we don't need an education because....
i need 5 main points ex: costs too much, not helpful, you can learn at home, etc.

and 3 examples that apply to those main ideas - like ppl, times, and buildings.

How do you feel when we repeatedly speak out, but after seeing this, those who were complaining that we don't act like it never happened and demand again that we speak out? If you think it's wrong, post. Everyone knows I'm a muslim woman, proud of it, and would defend it with my life, but I also know that killing innocent people is wrong. So, for those of you who are with me, say so! Islam is the religion of peace, and it's been hijacked by heartless idiots out to harm everyone, including us muslims.

Hello,
Im trying to write a batch file to copy files from a Network Drive to a Pocket PC.
When i run it, it says 'R:\GOLD' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

What have i done wrong - i've pasted the text from the batch file below.

First of all, I know theres probably worser off people out there than me but just hear me out and let me know what you think. All my life theres been nasty people around trying to make things tough for me and my dad. My mom went to blackpool and got engaged to another bloke while still married to my dad. She then burns all our stuff and runs of with her fancy man to get married. She disappears for 10 years, comes back to say hello for 10 minutes and now shes living miles away and has currently married another 3 blokes since she walked out on us. But theres always been my brothers and their girlfriends to make things tough too. My brother would rob off me to feed his alchoholic cigarette munching girlfriends needs and just hurl abuse at me. They still do but I just ignore it all. And my half brother came in drunk and set about my dad. Broke the bones in his hand, kicked all his head and kicked some teeth out. Now theyve all joined together into one big hate club constantly plotting.

I don't quite understand about recursive sequence. I try a few website and I that is it quite hard to understand. Can someone give me a very simple explanation of what is recursive sequence. It is best if you can give me a very simple example.
