Maybe not at first, I would get withdrawal symptons but if I really couldnt have one Im sure there are lots of other things I could do to occupy my mind,
Before tellys existed familes actually spent lots of time together and played games read books etc.
that doesnt sound so bad.
TV rules our lives at the moment to the point where I wont go out on certain nights cos my programmes on.
I have actually just got sky + so its not too bad anymore

Most definitely. I must suffer a few weeks of withdrawal over my favorite shows. But it wouldn't take long to get past that and into some really great books. If I didn't have free cable right now, I'd probably not have tv.

I could but I don't want too! I love movies and video games too much, and the tv shows I religiously watch.

In the summer, absolutely!! in the winter maybe not so easy but I'm sure I'd get used to it. An old aunt of mine always used to tell me that TV is just 'chewing gum for the mind' (I don't think she was a fan!!)

Yes probably, there is never anything on worth watching so my evenings are spent waisted staring at nothing - i think our quality of life would be much more better with our TV

Since my hubby dropped the our wide screen TV over four weeks ago, I hadn't missed watching TV one bit.
Is my answer sanctimonious enough to get those points?
