Hi all. I just feel like giving points away today. :)

Let's say you are one of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Before the Others come to haul you away, you get rescued or end up being eaten by a polar bear or the smoke monster, which of the Losties would you:

most likely become best friends with?

want to kill or turn over to the Others?

top points go to the best or most creative answer. For the record, I'd prob become best buds w/ Hurley. I'd want to date Jin *and if Sun says so, I'll take Sayid..lol* and I'd want to kill Ben *aka He Who Shall Be Called Henry Gale*, but since he already is an Other, I'd kill Kate.

Every notice that, people just show up at somebody's house, and want to talk to them, surprisiningly and unexpectedly. In real life, how often does this happen? Why doesn't the director have a scene, where the person calls first (you know, like on a mobile phone or pay phone?) and then shows up. The chances that the person will not even be at home are so astronomically high, I don't understand why this ever happens.


I was just walking Rocky Balboa last night, and I saw a lady interest of Rocky, show up at his Hotel suite, in a strange town (Las Vegas) hundreds of miles away from their home. How did she even know he would be home?


Think about it, you see this all the time. Yet it RARELY happnes in real life, and 99/100, the person is not at home when you do try it.

My gf of 10 months has ADHD. I care for her very much and want to be there for her. She is in her 4th yr of college and has at least another 2 yrs. She is a very smart person and has a ton of common sense. She has a hard time concentrating at school and has no desire to do homework, much less finish college. She has three sisters who also all have ADD. I get the feeling she doesnt have much passion for things such as school and having a job. She is very passionate about being with me, id like to see that same fire for other things too. I feel she is very irresponsible a lot of times. All her life, everything has been handed to her by people such as her parents and now me. I get frustrated when I say something about her getting a job or doing her schoolwork and she uses her ADHD as a crutch and says I just dont understand. I have searched and read about ADHD. I want to be more understanding, but at the same time, I want her to work harder and find her own way to win against ADHD.

My boyfriend proposed last Friday and I don't know if my expectations were too high or what it was but I was left extremely disappointed by the proposal even though the ring was amazing.This was his proposal:

I got spanked and grew up loving my mom and to be succesful and so have other friends of mine and other older generations I know. People just let their kids walk all over them these days, they are scared of their own kids.

My boyfriend has an important job interview on Thursday and I wanted to get an opinion on something. I said that if if he writes out some questions etc and takes them with him then it might look more professional but he thinks it may look like he can't think on his feet! Any advice?
