I reserved and paid for my e-ticket on air company's website, entered my credit card details there, got a confirmation email that my credit card has been debited, the ticket confirmed and that everything was alright...

However, it's been 10 days since then and I haven't noticed any changes on my bank account. If I was really debited then, shouldn't the transaction be visible somewhere? Is it possible that my ticket got issued without getting billed?

I repeat, when I enter my booking code there, it displays my flight details and says that everything is confirmed.

My bf has proposed to me, but I have not yet met his parents because he is waiting for his (somewhat reluctant) elder brothers to tie the knot first, out of respect for his family. Its not like I'm a complete secret to the rest of his family, just the parents and elder brothers. I get along fine with all his friends and younger siblings and their families. Should I put off marrying him until I meet his mother? My relationship with mine kind of went sour over the whole relationship, and I was kind of looking forward to gaining the love of another, as well as stopping all the lies and cover-ups.

Please don't just hate, I just need some opinions.

I work in a library, and it seems to be sucking the life out of me. These people that use the library in this town arnt that bright, and it seems like all im here for is to tell these morons day after day how to use the copy machine, how to sign into their precious computers when there is a f**king sentence on the screen to tell them how (which they never read-i mean its only one damn line, and its right in the middle), and to tell them day after day how to print. Am i the only one who feels like this about the people that i serve as customers?

How can i get a query to exclude a name if it appears more than once? I have a list of hospitals with various consultants and I need a query to tell me just the hospitals that occur and I only want each hospital to show once.... very hard to explain!

I own a very nice sports car. the only car I have. it's front wheel drive. four cylinder. and 5speed I have good snow and winter tires and I drive it in the winter. people think I am crazy for driving it in the winter. but I have never hit the ditch or gotten into an accadent with that car. I keep it cleen during the winter too to keep it from rusting from the salt. am I crazy? and why or why not? I am looking for opinions not facts.

The ultimate poll! If you take into account the quality of the products, the time they last and the service you get does it make sense to buy "premium" beauty? Please don't say no if you've never done it! Doesn't something seem a bit fishy how there was so much talk about a pre-planned invasion of Iran in the works, with Bush running out of time to use the military. Then the British military plant a few soldiers out in the sea to get easily nabbed, and Iran took the bait. Now, it's another scenario where supposedly "they were asking for it," and the public will be fooled again when another Operation Shock and Awe goes down.
