I just put the linux knoppix cd in my computer, restarted and I see the knoppix screen what do i do to boot/load or install?? please help!

Just hit the Enter key and it will boot from the CD. It will not install on your computer if it is a Live CD.
You have to have boot from CD allowed in your BIOS.
I would boot/load in answer to your question.

did you login yet? I believe once you login you can run the command startx to start your x windows session but am not sure, been awhile since I've used knoppix

First, burn Knoppix on a CD no longer a DVD. Use Nero trial application so that you'll burn the photo to a CD. second, change the boot sequence on your BIOS. once you commence your computing gadget, press F12 or press the Delete key. Boot from CD first, then HDD (not ordinary stress). go out making efficient the settings are kept.

i think it's supposed to load by itself. I don't know i am having trouble with knoppix
