im offered a deal, i get sexon, uggla, david wright, felipe lopez, raul ibanez, and francisco cordero. i give up utley, dunn, glaus dye, and giambi. what should i do?

My younger brother keeps asking if he can join my gym & work out with me in the mornings before I go to work & he goes to school (college). I keep putting him off because I know we will both have to shower together after our work out, and sometimes I use the steamroom, both naked of course. It is happenning to a friend of mine. He was never married to the mother and has been out of the house for 8 months, the last 3 of which she has refused him access. He has been waiting 6 weeks for legal aid to gain access through the courts during which time he attempted to see the children numerous times to give them christmas and birthday presents. He was then visited by the police and cautioned for harassment and told to stay away until the court order comes through so he has now not seen them for almost 4 months. Does anyone know how she has managed to obtain a deed poll name change and passport without his consent? Surely it is illegal? I have looked on the official deed poll website and it states that the only way she can do it without his consent is if he is absent and shown no interest in the children or not been paying maintenance (he has). Please if anyone can help i would appreciate it greatly.

He found it outside on a walk he had it in his mouth and I tried to get it from him and some tore off (about a inch) and before I could get it he swallowed it. That was yesterday, he has been making poops last night and this morning but I haven't seen a peice of paper come out. Should I be worried? It is wax paper they use on the burgers isn't it? If it was toxic shouldn't he be showing signs of sickness already? He appears to be fine. (he's a Chihuahua)

My son just went to the doctor for his asthma. She said he sounds alot better than he did yesterday. We are supposed to go out of town ( 3 hours away ) today. The doc said it would be fine as long as I take the nebulizer and all the meds ( 7 of them ) with me and keep giving him his breathing treatments. My son really really wants to go and even though the doc said it was ok I am a little nervous about it. I am not sure if I am over reacting. My fear is he will get worse and will need to go to the emeregency room and the way the insurance works they will not pay the bill cause it is out of network. Like I said the doctor said he sounds alot better but he still needs his treatments every 4 hours. I want to do what is best for my son. I love him very much.. Am I overreacting???? Should we keep our plans??? Or should I just stay here just in case.. I am new to this asthma deal and it scares the hell out of me. What would you do???

almost at our 1st yr anniversary, and i already can't take much more. he doesnt seem to realy understand who i am. i constantly ask him to just help me around the house, and everytiime he promises to be more helpful, two days later its the same old thing. i was raised in a home where we cleaned the house ceiling to floor, EVERYDAY! he was raised by his always at work father, and stand in moms and girlfriends. we are both in the army, military police, we work long hard hours and both HAVE to contribute, or we will not succeed. i told him i cant do this anymore, and something has to change. he doesnt take me serious and now he wants to have our first kid. he is 27 yrs and i am 20 yrs. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE!!!!!! he should be more mature. it has to be the difference in how we were raised....? right? how much more can i do, is this love? marraige? fair? equal? i wasnt raised this way.....i find it odd im acting this way for anyone.
