Hello...

I am going to be moving home by the end of 2007 and will be locating myself across the river that I currently live on. The thing is, I do not want to have to use the ferry services to cross back over the river to get to work and so forth.

Can anyone suggest practical/realistic solutions to this problem?

I have considered buying a RIB but obviously mooring is an issue and I would prefer to not have to pay fees to moor in a marina. Unless there is a RIB small enough to come out water and be mounter on my car!?

The biggest constraint I would put on this idea is that I would like to go to the waters edge, get in, cross, remove the water craft and take it with me on my car! Obviously a kayak would meet these needs but are there other powered solutions that could come out the water (using man (one man!!) power only) and go with me?

Everytime I pick up the paper I read horrifying stories: a man stomped a 10 pound chihuahua to death, an ex-boyfriend cuts off the head of his girlfriend's dog, gift-wraps it and puts it on her porch, two teenage boys put a puppy in a hot oven and laugh as the dog struggles to get free, a man puts a puppy into a microwave and cooks it to get even with his girlfriend. I could go on but I want to DO SOMETHING. What can I as one person do?

I was watching a commetary of the hitchikers guide. And douglas' colleage started talking about all the interesting view points ould hav eon religion and this is one.

The world is a tricky place I think that people are like puddles. We find are ourselves in a hole and go wow this must of been made especially for me. But the truth is we will come and go like everything else and will be dried up the next morning.

It's one you need to think about for a while to really get what he was saying I thought about it all this morning. I couldn't remember exactly what he said but that's mostly it. He obviously did it with more charisma and charm but I tried my best.

Ok, I have REALLY sensitive skin, and in shower gels and soaps I tend to have a bad skin reaction to the alkalinity especially if it is too intense and I have an allergic reaction to parfum. The allergic reactions are generally dry skin which comes up as something like eczema, or dermatitis. Now, I currently use, Sanex dermo Sensitive shower cream which makes my skin feel great. However, I’m not too keen on the fragrance anymore. I want something that does the same job as this version of sanex but I want a fruity, alive and sweet fragrance. Does anybody know what I can use?

My boyfriend has pulled away from me, he's become distant with me due to work stress. He works full-time and during his free time during evenings, he looks for a new job. He has had few interviews, some near my city but he has not been accepted anywhere yet. He's still waiting for some answers. He is unhappy with his current job and hates it. he said hes not feeling good now. Last month I became very needy of him, which made him upset. I then realised that it makes things works talking about the relationship and blaming him he does not care. I am worrying about this and I am sad worrying that he is loosing interest in our relationship as he has not been attentive and I don't hear from him much? I am happy as he texted me a couple of days ago but today I asked him if we could meet up as we live an hour away from each other. He said that weekend he goes home to see his family. I asked him about the weekend after and he replied with " I don't know, we will see". What can I do?

Anyone know the name of the "medley" they play right before a Sabres game on MSG. It sounds like its violins. They also play it showing just a hockey player from the knees down or so on the ice with his stick pushing a puck back and forth right before they go to some commericial breaks. I want to use it as a ringtone if I can ever find out the name of it.

I seriously think she is some kind of killer. She isnt home right now, but we were watching real crimes on tv and when this one about some kind of assasination came on she got up, went to her room and walked out with her piece. I have never seen her handle it so well, "she keeps it for protection" apparently and every time she uses it or cleans it she is really clumsy. She walked out the door 10 minutes ago, drove her car through the garage door and I tried to call her and she wont answer. The only thing she said was, damn you sharon, and then left. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
