Hope that helps, i'm going grey really quickly & i'm only 31, my friend was all grey by the time he was 32!
Grey hair is typically a result of natural aging. Pigment in the hair shaft comes from special cells at the root (base) of the hair. These cells are genetically programmed to make a certain amount of pigment (melanin) at specific ages. At some point in the aging process, these cells make less and less pigment until the hair has very little pigment. White hair has no pigment, and gray hair has some but not as much as a red, black or brown hair.
Not all hairs respond in the same way or at the same time. So the greying process usually is gradual. You can't prevent greying. Some people start greying in their 30s, and some not until their 60s. Genetics likely play a strong role in graying.
People rarely go grey overnight. If they do, it's typically due to alopecia areata. This condition causes the thicker, darker hairs to stop growing before it affects the growth of gray hairs — giving the impression of greying overnight. Alopecia areata eventually causes roundish patches of hair loss or complete loss of hair on the head or body. Its cause isn't known.

chemical made hair styling product/gel can distroy the hair
stress/depression/worries can lead to loss of hair
my counsin has the same problem...his hair is grey
he's only 25/26 ....sad but true
however if you were to put oil on your hair everyday...
or once in a week your hair will stay healthy...
you jus have to wash it off later...
my aunt back home told me how to make a special..
treatment after you apply it n leave it to dry
under the sun for 30mins you hair grows more black
more heavier and is more softer ...
i'm not gonna share over here how to make it ..lol
if you really wanna know email me and i'll email you back
the instructions and trust me it does work alot better
than any other shampoo or conditioner that will
eventually distroy your hair ... !!!

lol...I know what you are going through. I was 24 when my hairdresser told me I was "pretty grey in my regrowth". I could have died.
It all comes down to your genes. There will be someone, or maybe more than one of your family members who went grey early.
Don't be concerned, just hit the salon and pretend they were never there!!
Unfortunately for me, female BALDING runs in the family too. I am fully freaked out at that!!

if you are a dark haired person it is not uncommon to have one or two grey hairs. i had a dark haired friend that had a few grey hairs at the age of 20.
some say you should not pluck them out.
get a hair dye

Google "Premature grey hair". if I remember correctly it is a vitamin shortage. Get a bottle of B-12 vitamins, that is one of the missing vitamins.

mostly stress and genetics but it can be medical issues as well. If you are also feeling run down or have other medical concerns you should see your doctor.
